Snowflake is seeking a Manager of Technical Program Management to lead the Security organization's program delivery function. This role manages a team of Technical Program Managers embedded across Security Engineering functions including Product Security, Database Security, Threat Detection, and Penetration Testing.
Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a TPM team, owning the operating rhythm for security program delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, and partnering with Security Engineering leadership, Legal, Compliance, and Product to align program priorities. You will represent security program health and risk to senior leadership through clear, data-driven updates that translate technical complexity into business impact. The role involves coaching TPMs on structuring ambiguous security programs, driving cross-team alignment, and building trust with security engineers and stakeholders. You'll identify and resolve organizational friction points affecting program planning and delivery, building lightweight, scalable processes while holding the team accountable for outcomes.
Required qualifications include 6+ years of technical program management experience with 2+ years directly managing TPMs or similar technical teams. You should have experience running security, compliance, or trust & safety programs at a cloud software or infrastructure company, with demonstrated ability to partner with security engineers on technically complex initiatives such as threat modeling programs, compliance certifications, and vulnerability remediation programs. A strong track record of building and coaching high-performing TPM teams is essential, along with excellent executive communication skills for presenting program risk and status to senior leadership. Experience operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments where priorities shift based on emerging threats or compliance deadlines is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience) is required.
