Your team owns ensuring there is never a product reason for customers to leave. - Set performance and career growth standards for the team
- Drive efficiency through automation, playbooks, and one-to-many programs
- Feed technical field intelligence back to Product and Engineering
- Report retention, adoption, and team health metrics to leadership
- Be ready to step in as an individual contributor to support team needs or lead by example
The role requires executive presence with CISOs and VPs of Engineering, willingness to travel for customer and company meetings, and demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder relationships in high-stakes technical environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years directly managing post-sales teams (TAM, Solution Engineering, or related); must have hired, developed, and performance-managed individual contributors
- 6+ years total in pre- or post-sales roles (TAM, Solutions, or Services) in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record owning GRR, NRR, or adoption targets with ability to discuss numbers, misses, and changes made
- Background in security, developer tools, or adjacent technical products; must understand SDLC and how developers and security teams operate
- Experience as escalation owner on at-risk enterprise accounts with documented save stories
- Experience building, operationalizing, or improving core post-sales systems: segmentation, playbooks, health scoring, QBR frameworks
- Executive presence with CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and company leadership
- Willingness to travel for customer and company meetings
- Demonstrated success supporting and scaling relationships with large-scale enterprise customers
- Must be located in Europe
PREFERRED:
- Domain experience in software supply chain security, AppSec, DevSecOps, or open-source ecosystems
- Experience scaling a post-sales function at a high-growth startup through rapid ARR and headcount growth
- Experience managing TAM charters and keeping motions distinct but coordinated
- Hands-on with Vitally or similar CS platforms and scaled/digital-touch programs
