Salary: USD 105,818 - 138,886 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking a Manager, Strategic Planning to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project implementations, working collaboratively across departments to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder alignment. You'll be responsible for evaluating departmental performance through data analysis, developing key metrics, and implementing mitigation strategies to support continuous improvement. The role involves creating and executing change management and risk mitigation programs, with potential direct team oversight and mentorship responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include leading project planning and execution, managing cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, analyzing departmental performance data, and developing proactive implementation strategies. You may oversee team members directly and mentor colleagues to support their professional growth. You'll work closely with partner groups to ensure successful program rollouts and compliance with applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of program management experience and 3+ years of project delivery background. Bonus qualifications include data-driven program improvement experience, fast-paced operations environment familiarity, enterprise-wide program management, vendor integration and technology partnership management, advanced degree, PMP or program management certifications, Lean/Six Sigma certifications, and healthcare industry experience (health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting).
