Salary: USD 117,576 - 154,318.5 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking a Manager, Strategic Planning to join its Strategic Planning team in New York. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office, with Thursdays as a mandatory in-office day for team meetings and events.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, and on-time delivery. You will evaluate departmental performance by creating and analyzing data, developing metrics, and implementing mitigation strategies. You'll work collaboratively across partner groups to create proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation.
The position may involve direct oversight of team members, with mentoring responsibilities to promote colleagues' growth and development. You will ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Required qualifications include 4+ years of program management experience and 3+ years of project delivery experience. Preferred qualifications include experience using data to improve programs, work in fast-paced operations environments, enterprise-wide program management, vendor integration and technology partnership management, a Master's degree, PMP or program management certifications, Lean/Six Sigma certifications, and healthcare industry experience (health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting).
