Salary: USD 130,000 - 157,000 / annual

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient solutions to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates the full stack from electrons to tokens, addressing the critical bottleneck of power in AI compute. As Manager of Sourcing, you will lead the corporate services procurement function for one of the fastest-scaling AI infrastructure companies. This is a hands-on leadership role where you own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—from market analysis and category strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing sourcing strategies for corporate services categories (IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, Travel) - Managing the complete procurement process: spend analysis, strategy development, negotiation, and supplier relationship management - Leading and building out a team of Sourcing Specialists - Partnering with corporate leaders to deliver value, mitigate risk, and optimize supplier relationships - Conducting spend analysis and driving measurable cost savings across categories - Negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery You bring 7+ years of category management or procurement experience with a focus on indirect/corporate services. You have a proven track record of developing category strategies that deliver measurable cost savings, strong contract negotiation skills, and hands-on experience with P2P systems (Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba). You excel at spend analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder partnership at all levels. Bonus qualifications include experience in high-growth tech/startup environments, deep expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories, and an MBA or relevant certification (CPSM).
