Highspot is seeking a Manager of Solution Consulting Operations to lead and optimize the operational aspects of the solution consulting function in the India region. This role sits at the intersection of client success, sales enablement, and operational excellence, responsible for managing processes, resources, and team performance to ensure solution consultants deliver maximum value to enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities include: overseeing the day-to-day operations of the solution consulting team; developing and implementing operational processes and workflows; managing resource allocation and utilization; tracking KPIs and metrics related to consulting delivery, customer satisfaction, and team productivity; collaborating with sales, customer success, and product teams to align on customer needs and solution delivery; mentoring and supporting solution consultants; and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or solution consulting roles, with at least 2 years in a management capacity. You should have strong analytical skills, experience with SaaS or enterprise software environments, and a track record of building scalable operational frameworks. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are essential.
