Precision for Medicine is a Clinical Research Organization specializing in precision medicine, rare diseases, and oncology. We are seeking a Manager, Site Start Up to lead and develop our Site Start-up (SSU) team in Turkey. In this role, you will manage, mentor, and coach SSU personnel to maintain Precision's quality standards and ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and GCP/ICH guidelines. You will conduct routine 1:1 meetings with direct reports to manage assigned tasks and support career development. Key responsibilities include developing training plans, conducting performance reviews, and holding team members accountable to training and compliance goals. You will participate in the full recruitment lifecycle—CV review, interviewing, and onboarding—for new SSU personnel. You will also manage FTE allocation across projects, ensuring work/billing aligns with project budgets and assumptions, with ongoing assessment and adjustment as needed. You will contribute to developing robust standards and processes for consistent, quality execution across the team. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Site Start-up activities, participate in department meetings, support internal initiatives, and ensure SSU personnel have proper resources, training, materials, and system access to deliver on role expectations. Occasional travel may be required. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field, minimum 6 years of clinical research experience with extensive Site Start-up background, and proven line management experience. You must demonstrate competence in people management, knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, and the clinical development process. Strong communication, organizational skills, and fluency in English are essential. Experience with Microsoft Office and clinical software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC) is required. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and CRO environment experience.
