Diligent is seeking a Manager, Professional Services to lead and oversee a multi-regional services team across Budapest, Galway, and London. This role is responsible for allocating resources efficiently, ensuring high team utilization, and maintaining quality standards across the entire professional services customer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Resource allocation and team utilization: Distribute work across regions to maximize efficiency while meeting utilization targets and SLAs.
- Quality oversight: Provide oversight and quality control for all services delivered by direct reports, ensuring consistent delivery across the customer journey and product enablement lifecycle.
- Team leadership and development: Coach and mentor team members on project management and customer enablement. Lead recruitment and retention efforts, create individual development plans, and foster capability growth.
- Operational excellence: Drive internal initiatives that benefit the team and business. Continuously refine training programs to boost product adoption and review end-to-end processes to implement improvements.
- Cross-regional collaboration: Manage escalations and coordinate work across multiple office locations.
- Performance accountability: Own targets including utilization rates, SLAs, CSAT/quality metrics, and on-time timesheet submissions.
This is a people-management role requiring strong operational acumen, team leadership experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across a distributed services organization.
