Diligent seeks a Manager, Services to lead a professional services team across multiple regions (Budapest and London). This role combines people management, operational excellence, and hands-on service delivery oversight.
Key responsibilities include allocating resources across regions to ensure high utilization and quality execution against targets. You will oversee the delivery of professional services across the full customer journey and product enablement lifecycle, providing quality control and escalation management. The role involves coaching and mentoring direct reports on project management and customer enablement, participating in recruitment and retention efforts, and creating individual development plans to grow team capabilities.
Operationally, you will drive excellence by proposing and executing internal initiatives that benefit the team and business. You will continuously refine training programs to boost product adoption and review end-to-end processes to implement ongoing improvements. You are accountable for key metrics including team utilization, SLAs, CSAT/quality scores, and timely timesheet submissions. Cross-regional collaboration and escalation management are core to the role.
