Clio, a global leader in legal AI technology, is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to drive growth across its revenue-generating teams. This is a high-impact leadership role during a pivotal phase of explosive company growth.
You will build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team focused on supporting high-velocity sales in the SMB segment. Your responsibilities span multiple critical areas:
Team Leadership & Scaling: Build and mentor a team supporting SMB sales, partner with senior sales leadership on OKRs, develop revenue strategies aligned with growth objectives, and drive cross-functional alignment between global and regional teams.
Systems & Revenue Operations: Identify and implement improvements to revenue workflows and processes. Own and optimize systems supporting the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle (Salesforce, CPQ, Stripe, NetSuite). Ensure processes scale effectively across regions and support future product growth.
Sales Territories & Planning: Develop accurate global sales territories using historical data and market trends. Partner with sales leadership and compensation teams to establish realistic targets and quotas. Drive rigor in forecasting and pipeline management.
Sales Reporting & Executive Communication: Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and insights on sales performance. Deliver actionable insights to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Revenue Analytics & Insights: Conduct historical reviews of account performance and win/loss analysis. Lead predictive analytics to surface growth opportunities and performance risks. Translate complex data into practical recommendations.
You are a high-impact self-starter with strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and excellent communication abilities. You have 5+ years of people leadership experience managing 4+ direct reports, and 7+ years in operations, sales, management consulting, finance, or investment banking. You're comfortable in matrix environments, influencing without direct authority. Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, CPQ platforms, and BI tools is expected. A bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred. You're willing to travel within Canada one week per quarter.
