Aiven is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to lead the sales operations function within its Revenue Operations (RevOps) organization. You will own the operating rhythm of Aiven's global sales organization, managing forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory and account management, and reporting that informs sales leadership across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions.
In this role, you will lead a small distributed Sales Operations team and serve as the primary RevOps partner to regional Sales VPs. You are responsible for forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and generating insights that shape investment decisions. This is not a traditional reporting role—you will spearhead Aiven's shift toward an AI-native, self-service intelligence layer for go-to-market teams. The vision is to empower every VP and sales rep with the data they need at their fingertips, eliminating manual data requests and wait times.
Key responsibilities include owning the sales operating cadence (weekly forecasts, pipeline reviews, QBRs), acting as a strategic partner to regional Sales VPs with a point of view on pipeline coverage and velocity, building self-service intelligence dashboards and automated KPI reporting, driving GTM Engineering initiatives including agentic workflows and LLM-based automations, managing territory planning and quota deployment cycles, and leading, coaching, and developing your team.
You will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and participate in the RevOps leadership team. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong analytical capability, and hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools in production workflows. You should have a track record as a trusted commercial partner to senior sales leaders, comfort with ambiguity in a scale-up environment, and the instinct to build systems rather than answer ad-hoc requests. People leadership experience is required or you must demonstrate clear readiness to manage a team from day one.
