Aspire, a ServiceTitan company, is seeking a Manager of Quality Management to lead and mentor a team of Quality Analysts responsible for developing and executing test cases to ensure software quality across releases. You'll drive the transition to an "automation first" testing approach, collaborating with product owners and developers to design test strategies, develop testing tools, and implement test cases for web and mobile applications.
Key responsibilities include leading a QA team, mentoring Quality Analysts and Software Engineers in Test, designing and implementing test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium), and driving process improvements in test planning, execution, and reporting. You'll work with CI/CD tools like Bamboo and GitLabs, manage code deployments and version control, and coordinate across distributed teams in different time zones.
You bring 8+ years of hands-on QA testing experience, preferably with web and mobile applications in software development. You have proven experience managing and mentoring QA teams in a remote environment. Technical skills include test automation (Playwright, Selenium), familiarity with C# and TypeScript, and understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices. You're detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to multi-task in fast-paced environments, and comfortable working independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
A BS in Computer Science or related engineering field is preferred, though strong relevant QA team-building experience will be considered. This is a fully remote position supporting Aspire's mission to provide cloud-based business management solutions for landscaping and commercial cleaning industries.
