Nutanix is seeking a Manager of Professional Services Delivery to lead a team of 10–12 consultants in Mexico City. This role bridges consulting-led transformation (Day 1) and operational managed services (Day 2), requiring strong leadership of customer-facing technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), utilization, resource planning, and project health metrics
- Lead technical governance for complex architecture, design, and cloud migration projects
- Oversee operational service delivery, health checks, lifecycle management, and proactive risk mitigation
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 consultants, creating capability plans to help team members transition into consulting and architecture roles
- Act as the executive escalation point for complex delivery situations, building trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders
- Promote an automation-first approach using reusable assets, playbooks, and frameworks to scale delivery efficiency
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Global Delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- 10–12 years of experience in Enterprise Infrastructure, Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud, or Cloud-Native Platforms
- 3–5 years of people management experience leading customer-facing consulting or technical delivery teams
- Proven experience managing delivery operations (utilization, capacity management, project profitability)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure: VMware virtualization or Nutanix Cloud Platform (AOS, AHV, Prism) technologies
- Experience with Hybrid Cloud, enterprise storage/networking, Disaster Recovery, and platform migrations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering discipline
Preferred:
- Master's degree
- Knowledge of Kubernetes/cloud-native platforms and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell)
- Certifications: Nutanix, VMware, Kubernetes, Public Cloud, ITIL, or PMP
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid role based in Mexico City with minimum 3 days per week onsite to foster collaboration and team alignment. No travel expected.
