Sanity is hiring a Manager of Post-Sales Solution Architecture to lead a team that transforms successful sales into lasting customer relationships. You'll oversee a post-sales Solution Architect team responsible for helping enterprise customers realize deep value from Sanity's AI-powered Content Operating System. Your focus is on customer outcomes: successful renewals, expansion into new use cases, and implementations that scale as customers grow. In this role, you'll set strategic direction for the team while personally owning your most complex, high-stakes accounts. You'll oversee implementations, build relationships with customer stakeholders, and navigate challenging moments. You'll coach Solution Architects on value-oriented engagements—listening for customer needs, surfacing risks early, and mapping clear paths to success with Sanity. You'll hire, develop, and retain a skilled SA team credible with developers, architects, product leaders, and content teams. You'll identify each person's strengths, support career growth, and foster a collaborative, empathetic, customer-centric culture. You'll also evolve core post-sales motions (onboarding, implementation reviews, expansion discovery, health monitoring) to move customers from signed to successful quickly. A critical part of this role is connecting Sanity's capabilities to customer business outcomes: showing how structured content, flexible workflows, and the modern content stack unlock faster shipping, better editorial experiences, and scalable growth. You'll partner closely with Sales on expansion opportunities and work with Product and R&D to ensure customer feedback shapes roadmap priorities. Required: 5+ years in solution architecture or technical customer-facing roles; 2+ years managing customer-facing technical teams; experience leading technical ICs in high-growth environments (ideally developer-facing or platform products); strong technical foundation discussing APIs, data models, frameworks, integrations, and modern content stacks; track record driving retention and expansion through coaching and account ownership; proactive risk identification; clear communication with internal and customer stakeholders; ability to manage ambiguity; familiarity with AI technologies. Preferred: Experience with headless CMS, headless ecommerce, or developer-focused SaaS; knowledge of content workflows and editorial tooling; ability to influence product direction through post-sales insights. SF-based preferred; remote in US or Canada considered.
