Salary: USD 125,700 - 201,700 / annual
ServiceTitan is seeking a Manager for Post Sales Process & Automation to lead a team focused on building scalable processes and driving operational excellence across post-sales functions. This is a people-management role where you will coach and develop team members, turn ambiguity into clarity, and own projects from ideation to execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, identifying business problems and proposing scalable solutions across the customer journey
- Manage and develop a team including direct reports in the US and abroad; provide actionable feedback, allocate capacity, hold teams accountable to delivery deadlines and performance standards
- Document and analyze workflows through process mapping to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and deliver solutions using integrated systems (Salesforce, Smartsheet, Salesloft, Gainsight) with an AI-first mindset
- Implement and maintain KPIs to track solution effectiveness and drive continuous innovation
- Own full project lifecycle: timeline, requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, testing, launch, and post-launch support
- Develop and execute change management plans in coordination with enablement teams
- Prioritize work based on impact, urgency, and business alignment with minimal direction
- Build trust-based relationships across cross-functional teams by understanding their goals, workflows, and pain points
- Participate in SDLC events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, UAT, demos)
- Develop user stories, use cases, and functional/technical specifications for developers
- Lead user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Gather post-launch feedback and usage data to inform future enhancements
- Partner with leaders to align business roadmap with team capacity and prioritization
- Handle ad-hoc and business-as-usual requests from stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of related work experience including: business operations within SaaS with strong customer journey knowledge; demonstrated ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision; team leadership and member development experience; leading business transformation or cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes; experience with AI tooling (Claude, Cursor); strong prioritization and portfolio management skills; process mapping, technical user story writing, business requirements documentation, and UAT execution; cross-functional communication (written and verbal) with ability to simplify complex problems for all stakeholder levels, especially executives; ability to manage changing priorities and major projects; business acumen to make effective decisions; self-starter mentality with forward and critical thinking; Gainsight, Salesloft, and/or Smartsheet experience preferred; Salesforce experience is a must with excellent understanding of best practices and functionality
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Management, Business Administration, or related engineering/business field is favorable but not required
