Hopscotch Primary Care is transforming healthcare in rural America by providing high-quality primary care tailored to underserved communities. As Manager, Operations Excellence, you will lead the design and execution of learning and development initiatives that enable care teams to deliver exceptional patient care and support organizational growth.
You will build and scale Hopscotch's learning ecosystem by developing engaging training programs, overseeing the Learning Management System, and creating standardized learning resources across clinical, operational, and central teams. Your responsibilities include designing onboarding and training programs using instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats; partnering with subject matter experts to create high-quality training materials, job aids, videos, and eLearning content; and applying adult learning principles to improve engagement and retention.
As the primary LMS administrator, you will build and maintain a centralized learning library, standardize training across the organization, and measure effectiveness through reporting, learner feedback, and performance metrics such as time-to-productivity and training completion rates. You'll partner across departments to ensure training aligns with operational workflows and organizational priorities.
You will support implementation of new technologies and workflows through education and change management, design training standards to enable scalable delivery, and develop programs for new clinics and market expansion. Occasional travel to Western North Carolina and future markets is required for training delivery, onboarding, and clinic launches.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field; 5+ years of experience in learning and development, healthcare operations, instructional design, or organizational development; experience developing training programs and managing an LMS; and strong instructional design, facilitation, project management, and communication skills. Preferred experience includes healthcare operations or value-based care, multi-site organization support, knowledge of adult learning principles and change management, and familiarity with learning authoring tools.
