Salary: USD 174,000 - 271,850 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Manager of M&A Integration to lead post-acquisition integration efforts across multiple deals simultaneously. This role is strategically and operationally focused, requiring someone who can drive value realization from day one through integration completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute post-acquisition integration strategies ensuring value realization objectives are met
- Plan integration strategies, value realization initiatives, and operational priorities in partnership with business and functional stakeholders
- Establish and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO), driving meeting cadence for program updates, decision-making, and issue resolution
- Manage integration cost development and tracking
- Support M&A scorecard development and KPI tracking
- Continuously improve integration processes, playbooks, and tools based on lessons learned
The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior executives across complex, global organizations. You will support multiple integration efforts simultaneously while maintaining focus on deal value drivers and ensuring seamless day-one operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience supporting M&A integration across complex deal types (MBA and consulting experience preferred)
- Strong strategic and business acumen with proven ability to develop and execute value-realization plans
- Demonstrated track record supporting complex integrations in global, product-led organizations
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple acquisitions concurrently
- Strong executive presence and communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Command of M&A frameworks, processes, and tools
