As the Manager of AI Applications, you will own the full lifecycle of AI tools, applications, and autonomous agents deployed across the organization. Your responsibilities include: • Intake and Review: Evaluate new AI applications, copilots, plugins, and agents before adoption, assessing business value, data access, permission scope, and vendor security posture. • Security Leadership: Conduct comprehensive security reviews of AI tools, including data handling practices, model/vendor trust boundaries, prompt-injection and jailbreak exposure, third-party plugin risk, and integration permissions (OAuth scopes, API access). • Deployment & Configuration: Manage rollout of approved AI applications across the organization, including access provisioning, environment setup, training, and communication. • Inventory & Governance: Establish and maintain a complete inventory and risk register of all AI applications in use, tracking ownership, data scope, review status, and inactive deployments. • Agentic Tool Guardrails: Define and enforce controls for autonomous agents, including authorized actions, approval thresholds, logging, and rollback procedures. • Vendor & Performance Management: Monitor usage, cost, and performance of deployed tools; manage vendor relationships, contract renewals, model updates, and deprecation planning. • Policy Development: Partner with IT security, legal, and business teams to develop AI usage policy, acceptable-use guidelines, and scalable approval workflows. • Incident Response: Investigate and respond to AI-related incidents (data leakage, unexpected behavior, plugin compromise), coordinating remediation and post-incident review. • Training & Support: Build documentation, training materials, and office-hours support to help employees use approved AI tools safely and effectively. • Landscape Monitoring: Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and risks relevant to Form Energy's operations. You bring direct experience evaluating, deploying, or managing AI applications in enterprise settings; working knowledge of AI/LLM security concepts; comfort with SaaS security fundamentals; strong stakeholder management and program management skills; and clear communication ability to translate technical risk into actionable guidance.
