Salary: USD 152,000 - 180,000 / annual

Datadog is seeking a Manager of Networking to lead the global management of network services across all Datadog offices worldwide. This hybrid role is based in New York City (3 days/week in office) with occasional travel to offices around the world. You will lead global network engineering teams, managing both full-time employees and third-party vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and scaling network engineering teams to support Datadog's rapid growth across 10+ global offices - Overseeing design, deployment, and scaling of office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi (Cisco Meraki) and edge networking devices (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper) - Ensuring network services operate according to defined service level objectives - Defining and implementing standards, policies, and processes for network infrastructure security, reliability, and scalability - Collaborating with IT Security, Enterprise Technology, and Workplace teams to align network services with broader IT and business objectives - Developing and tracking operational metrics for service availability and network performance to drive continuous improvement - Managing vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and oversight of third-party network service providers You bring 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of network engineers, with proven expertise in Wi-Fi network engineering and Cisco Meraki. You have experience managing large-scale office technology projects in global enterprises with 10+ offices and 7,000+ employees. Strong vendor management skills and excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities are essential. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or related field, plus professional certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
