Impiricus is an AI-powered HCP (Healthcare Provider) Engagement Engine founded by a practicing physician and senior pharmaceutical executive. Named the #1 fastest-growing company in North America by Deloitte's Fast 500 list in 2025, the company transforms how life sciences companies support physicians by ethically connecting HCPs to pharma resources, reducing go-to-market costs, and accelerating patient access to treatments. The Manager, Network Planning & Operations role owns the supply side of Impiricus's HCP network. As the client base grows and campaign volume scales, this position leads a dedicated network planning function to ensure HCP capacity keeps pace with demand. You'll sit within Operations at the intersection of Analytics and Commercial Ops, partnering closely with Sales and Data & Analytics teams. Key responsibilities include: **Sales Support:** Contribute supply-side data to RFP responses and support scalable deal sign-off workflows. Validate proposed deals against available capability, surface potential conflicts early, and collaborate with Sales to resolve constraints. Consult on target list design using internal and third-party data sources. **Client Services & Delivery Support:** Own provider availability and inventory checks end-to-end, assessing HCP supply against campaign requirements and flagging constraints before they become delivery issues. **Analytics & Performance Management:** Collaborate with Data & Analytics to align inventory tooling with network forecasting. Serve as the operational bridge between Analytics, Commercial Ops, and Customer Success on inventory questions. Deliver recurring inventory reporting to commercial leadership to inform sales strategy and prioritization. Monitor network health indicators and work with commercial teams to respond appropriately. You'll thrive in a high-growth environment, building structure and process while managing competing priorities and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires 2+ years in supply chain, inventory planning, capacity management, or related operations disciplines, strong analytical skills with data tools, and detail-oriented execution. Healthcare, pharma, or B2B data experience is a plus.
