Aledade is seeking a Manager, Network Contracting to join the Strategic Payer Partnerships team. This role is responsible for supporting and executing Aledade's network contracts with national and regional health plans, with a primary focus on negotiating and managing a portfolio of network participation agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating new network participation agreements with health plans
- Managing contract renewals and lifecycle management
- Interfacing directly with payers to establish and maintain relationships
- Analyzing contract terms and conditions to optimize outcomes
- Maintaining positive, long-term relationships with key payer partners
- Supporting senior leadership in strategic payer partnership initiatives
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare contracting, payer relationships, or similar B2B contract management roles. Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously are essential. This is a people-management role overseeing contract execution and payer relationship strategy.
The company offers flexibility regarding geographic location. Candidates can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from the Bethesda, MD office. This hybrid arrangement allows for both remote work and in-office collaboration as needed.
