True Anomaly is seeking a Manager of Master Scheduling and Planning to lead supply chain and operations strategy execution. You will establish and run the demand S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle, developing master production and supply schedules to ensure timely delivery of flight hardware to orbit.
You will lead a team of Material Resource Planners, driving continuous improvement of demand planning and scheduling processes while acting as a cross-functional advocate across the business. Key responsibilities include:
• Lead and develop a team of Material Resource Planners, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Manage team workload and prioritization across concurrent programs; build capacity and succession plans
• Develop and maintain the demand signal across multiple programs, aligning customer demand, production capacity, and material availability
• Design scalable processes that own the demand signal from requirements through production execution
• Keep programs on track through effective scheduling and resource planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support Supply Chain & Project Management in executing strategic initiatives
