Path Robotics is building embodied AI systems that enable robots to adapt, learn, and perform in the real world. This role leads the Manipulation Data Farm, a critical operation that transforms data collection into a repeatable, scalable process supporting rapid development of the company's manipulation AI systems.
You will own day-to-day operations of the data farm, leading a team of approximately 15 Data Collection Operators. Key responsibilities include translating data collection requests from ML, Robotics, Software, and Product teams into executable operational plans; managing scheduling, staffing, equipment utilization, and materials; and driving throughput while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
You'll establish and monitor KPIs including throughput, utilization, quality, cycle time, equipment uptime, and on-time delivery. You'll develop scalable quality assurance processes, build and improve standard operating procedures and training programs, and identify opportunities to automate workflows and increase efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
The role requires strong people leadership experience, excellent project management skills, and comfort making decisions using operational metrics. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams, drive root cause analysis for operational issues, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
