Hims & Hers, a leading telehealth and digital health platform (NYSE: HIMS), is seeking a Manager, Legal Programs (Product) to design, build, and continuously improve legal compliance programs that keep products, marketing, and supply chain operations compliant as the company scales. You will sit within the Product Legal function and partner closely with Privacy, Regulatory, Marketing, Policy, and Quality teams. Your core mission is to translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical, repeatable processes that the business can execute at scale. This is a program- and process-oriented role for someone who thrives turning ambiguity into structure. Key responsibilities include: • Program Design & Build: Design and stand up scalable legal compliance programs from scratch—defining scope, intake workflows, roles/responsibilities (RACI), SLAs, tooling, and documentation to ensure consistent, well-governed, auditable legal review across the business. • Process Creation & Improvement: Map existing legal and compliance processes, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and continuously refine them. Build repeatable playbooks, templates, checklists, and self-serve resources that reduce cycle time and manual effort while improving quality and coverage. • Knowledge Repository Management: Partner with Marketing Compliance and Product teams to create, maintain, and update knowledge repositories and guidance documents for self-service use. • Marketing & Operations Compliance: Build and run the program that keeps advertising, promotional, and CRM content compliant—coordinating legal, regulatory, and medical/clinical review of claims and creative, maintaining substantiation and approval records, managing review queues and turnaround times, and embedding compliance into Marketing workflows. Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory teams to operationalize compliance across sourcing, manufacturing, and fulfillment. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as connective tissue between Legal and business teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, AI/Privacy). Run intake, triage requests, coordinate stakeholder input, escalate matters requiring senior legal review, and track issues to resolution. • Risk Assessments & Documentation: Project-manage risk assessments, audits, and reviews. Maintain program artifacts (trackers, inventories, decision records, audit trails) and prepare status reporting and metrics that give leadership visibility into program health. • Scale & Tooling: Identify where process, automation, and systems can create leverage. Evaluate and implement tooling; drive change management to ensure adoption and sustainability. The role operates at the intersection of healthcare, technology, consumer products, and supply chain in a highly regulated environment. You'll work in a fast-paced, evolving setting where you can operate independently and bring structure where none exists. REQUIREMENTS: • 8+ years of program or project management experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, or operations—ideally within a regulated industry such as healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, or e-commerce. • Demonstrated experience designing and building programs and processes from scratch (not just running existing ones)—including intake, workflow, documentation, and governance design. • Hands-on experience with one or more of: supply chain/vendor compliance, marketing/advertising compliance, or product regulatory compliance. • Track record of process creation and continuous improvement—mapping workflows, removing friction, and building repeatable playbooks, templates, and self-serve resources. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfort partnering with Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and Engineering stakeholders and translating between them. • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail and ability to manage many workstreams simultaneously. • Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action; ability to operate independently in fast-paced, evolving environments and bring structure where none exists. • Proficiency with program/project management and collaboration tooling (e.g., ticketing/intake systems, trackers, workflow automation). NICE TO HAVE: • Experience in telehealth, digital health, pharmacy, or another regulated healthcare setting. • Familiarity with privacy frameworks (HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR) and/or advertising and product-claim regulations (FTC, FDA). • Experience supporting vendor due-diligence, third-party risk, or supplier onboarding programs. • Relevant certifications (PMP, CIPP, CIPM, Six Sigma, or process-improvement credentials).
