Bitwarden is seeking an IT Manager to lead operational technology initiatives across the organization. This role owns the full lifecycle of digital employee enablement—from equipment procurement and asset management to account provisioning and support. You'll manage relationships with software and hardware vendors, maintain global inventory of laptops and licensed software, and serve as the primary point of contact for SaaS and deployed system configuration and troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities include overseeing digital onboarding workflows, managing VPNs and restricted access systems, assisting with cloud infrastructure and network transformation, and supporting compliance frameworks including SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR. You'll also contribute to Bitwarden's presence in the SecOps community through forums, conferences, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience managing IT operations across distributed, remote, global workforces. You should be comfortable implementing and refining IT and security compliance frameworks, maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information, and staying current with emerging technologies and trends. A collaborative, adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills is essential. Nice-to-haves include MDM tool rollout experience (macOS, iOS, Windows, Android) and Azure/cloud infrastructure expertise.
