Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities, is hiring a Manager of Investor Relations Operations to build and run the operational infrastructure behind the company's investor relations and board functions.
You will sit within Anduril's Investor Relations & Capital Markets team, spanning both internal operations and external engagement. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to Anduril's executive team, board, and investor base. You will be responsible for ensuring that decision-makers have the right information, materials, and experience at every touchpoint.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end board meeting preparation, including coordination of CEO letters, board decks, and distributed materials, plus the full board member experience in partnership with Events and Marketing
- Stand up and manage IR operations infrastructure: implement and maintain an IR CRM, track executive appearances at banking and IR conferences, run fundraising close processes, and coordinate quarterly investor reporting
- Plan and execute major investor events, owning preparation and execution of large-scale engagements with coordinated content, logistics, and cross-functional support
- Serve as IR's cross-functional interface, partnering with Communications on investor-facing products, coordinating with Marketing on materials and content production, interfacing with Events for major engagements and tours, and maintaining touchpoints across business divisions
- Prepare and host investor and bank visits, coordinating complex agendas, preparing executive briefing materials, and leading select tours and meetings at headquarters

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, investor relations, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes with high attention to detail
- Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with C-suite leaders, board members, and external investors
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize operational and financial information for senior audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to operate across a wide range of tasks — from high-level strategy to hands-on execution
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO company
- Familiarity with board operations functions
- Background in defense, aerospace, or other capital-intensive industries
- Experience with CRM systems and investor tracking tools
- Familiarity with IPO readiness processes and public company board requirements
