K2 Integrity is seeking a Manager for its Investigations and Disputes practice to lead complex, high-stakes investigations across multiple domains including corporate fraud, bribery and corruption, transactional due diligence, asset searches, litigation support, and risk advisory services.
In this role, you will manage investigations conducted by multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions. You will lead detailed public records investigations on individuals and corporate entities using diverse sources including media reports, criminal and civil proceedings, bankruptcy filings, regulatory documents, business registrations, and real property records, as well as human intelligence sources. You will provide direct oversight of team members, supervise staff, review deliverables, and manage project budgets. You will liaise directly with clients to communicate progress and investigation findings.
Key responsibilities include managing fraud investigations and internal corporate investigations with multiple workstreams—transaction testing, document review, forensic analysis, data analytics, interviews, investigative research, and field work. You will handle multiple concurrent projects of diverse nature, assist in business development through proposal preparation and marketing activities, and build lasting client relationships through excellent delivery and execution. You will work collaboratively with other practitioners and senior leadership, often in time-sensitive situations requiring schedule flexibility and occasional travel for client engagements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in dispute and investigation consulting, or equivalent experience in public sector, intelligence, investigations, investigative journalism, or related fields
- Demonstrated excellence in conducting and managing complex, qualitative, and analytical research with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to present findings to clients
- Strong experience interacting with corporate, legal, and/or government clients (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in public records, investigative, and financial research resources (LexisNexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg, Factiva, TLO, Accurint, EDGAR/SEC records, and government civil litigation, criminal record, property, and corporate registration databases)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to adjust schedule for time-sensitive projects and urgent requests
- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements
