Together AI is seeking a Manager of International Cloud Sourcing to own commercial relationships with global cloud compute suppliers and drive the company's compute supply strategy. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure engineering, finance, and go-to-market, managing the full lifecycle of international cloud service provider (CSP) contracts, running RFP processes for new GPU capacity, and building pricing benchmarks across the global GPU cloud landscape. Key responsibilities include managing international CSP leasing agreements from sourcing through contract execution and renewals; partnering with infrastructure engineering to translate technical requirements into commercial specifications; developing and maintaining relationships with cloud compute suppliers to expand Together's vendor ecosystem into new international markets; building market intelligence on pricing trends, supply availability, and the evolving international cloud compute vendor landscape; developing negotiation strategies that improve cost position and terms as the company scales; driving continuous improvement on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and mitigating supply chain and commercial risks; establishing and leading structured vendor performance reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with international suppliers; and tracking country-level factors that shape international capacity decisions, including power availability, regulatory and data residency requirements, currency, and tax and duty implications. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in cloud sourcing, strategic sourcing, or infrastructure commercial roles with exposure to GPU or high-performance compute environments. You should have a track record negotiating cloud or infrastructure contracts at multi-million dollar deal sizes, including with suppliers outside the US. Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GPU configurations, networking, cluster architecture) is essential, as is the ability to translate technical requirements into commercial terms. Strong analytical skills, experience building pricing models or financial analyses, and familiarity with FinOps principles are required. Excellent communication skills and comfort working across engineering, finance, and international vendor executives are critical, as is availability for calls outside standard US business hours. Nice-to-have qualifications include GPU/AI compute sourcing experience, familiarity with the AI infrastructure vendor ecosystem and current supply/demand dynamics outside the US, experience building sourcing processes from scratch, and familiarity with data center economics and country-level factors such as data residency, currency, and duties.
