Relativity Space is building rockets to serve today's needs and tomorrow's breakthroughs. The Terran R vehicle will deliver customer payloads to orbit, meeting growing demand for launch capacity. The company is at a unique inflection point—early enough to shape the product and culture, but far enough along that Terran R is tangible and gaining momentum. The Supply Chain team turns design intent into executable reality, balancing lead time, cost, complexity, and manufacturability to ensure the company can build and scale Terran R. As Manager of Central Procurement for Indirect, you will lead the centralized procurement function covering IT, Facilities, Travel, Consulting, and other enterprise spend categories. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving measurable cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strengthening contract and risk management practices. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, supplier performance, and risk mitigation - Lead competitive sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and complex supplier negotiations - Manage end-to-end procurement processes including PO creation, sourcing, invoice resolution, and full supplier and stakeholder relationship management - Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and align procurement strategy with top-level business priorities and long-term planning - Identify and deliver cost savings through benchmarking, structured bidding, and negotiation - Provide clear leadership, accountability, and development for direct reports You will operate at the intersection of technical ambition and business execution, working closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other functions to make decisions that work for today while building for tomorrow. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
