This role manages a team of 5–7 Benefits Specialists responsible for implementing Rippling's benefits products across three distinct areas: broker benefits, US benefits, and global benefits administration. Each area operates at different stages of process and product maturity, creating a complex, high-impact scope. As Manager of Implementation (Benefits), you will: • Lead and develop a team of 5–7 specialists, setting high standards and fostering operational rigor • Own the end-to-end implementation of benefits products, including BenAdmin, Flex, COBRA/ACA compliance, and related integrations • Build scalable processes and systems across three product verticals at varying maturity levels • Serve as a bridge between customers, the product team, and internal stakeholders • Conduct consultative engagements to understand customer pain points and design tailored Rippling configurations • Drive adoption and customer success through complex, multi-phased implementations • Handle ambiguity and unstructured situations while scaling operations • Collaborate cross-functionally to align implementation strategy with product roadmap and customer needs Ideal candidates bring experience leading implementation or customer success teams, deep knowledge of benefits administration products and compliance (BenAdmin, Flex, COBRA/ACA), strong process-building and systems-thinking skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-complexity environments. You should be comfortable mentoring specialists, managing competing priorities, and maintaining quality standards as the team scales.
