As Manager of Implementation, you will lead the execution of client onboarding and deployment initiatives. You'll manage a team responsible for implementing Strive Health's platform at healthcare organizations, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption. Your responsibilities include overseeing implementation timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams (clinical, technical, operations), managing client relationships during deployment phases, and driving process improvements to scale implementation efficiency.
You'll work with passionate team members who are committed to making a measurable impact on patient care. The role requires strong project management skills, healthcare domain knowledge or willingness to develop it, and the ability to lead teams through complex, multi-stakeholder implementations. You'll report to senior leadership and have direct accountability for implementation success metrics and client satisfaction.
