Salary: USD 127,000 - 147,000 / annual

Tegus by AlphaSense operates the Expert Call Services division, connecting clients with real-time industry experts. The Manager II, Expert Insights role oversees day-to-day operations of this service line, managing a team of Analysts and Client Research Managers (CRMs). Key responsibilities include: - Develop, manage, and incentivize Analysts and CRMs to achieve and exceed monthly call quotas and key performance metrics - Coach team members on delivering exceptional service and professional communication with customers and experts - Interview, hire, and develop new Analysts, ensuring they ramp to full contribution within 12 weeks - Conduct 1:1s, compile team reports, and perform regular quality assurance reviews - Partner with Senior Managers and Directors of Operations to execute department-wide initiatives - Model and instill AlphaSense values and culture within the team The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of client service experience and 1+ years of people management. You are an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels. You are a self-starter who can train, coach, and mentor effectively, handle multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance. You navigate ambiguity well, listen openly, and maintain high standards for quality results. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
