Oscar Health is seeking a Manager, Growth Strategy & Operations to support cross-functional strategic initiatives and growth projects. This role sits within the Growth Strategy and Operations team, reporting to the Associate Director of Strategic Growth.
You will own the design, planning, and execution of major strategic commercial projects and growth priorities. Key responsibilities include managing structured workstreams, coordinating inputs across multiple departments, and developing executive-ready presentations that distill complex challenges into clear strategies for senior leadership. You'll drive collaboration across internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of shared business targets, manage high-priority requests and rapid-response strategic tasks, and partner with analytical and finance teams to quantitatively size business cases for new commercial priorities.
The role requires strong project management capabilities, the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources, and comfort operating in a fast-paced corporate environment where proactive relationship-building and rapid adaptation are essential. You'll support the translation of strategic priorities into operational execution while maintaining organizational velocity.
