Bitpanda is a European investment platform founded in 2014 that enables users to invest in cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks, precious metals, and commodities. As Manager, Growth Analytics, you will establish the core decision engine for Bitpanda's redesigned Growth organization. You will have direct access to decision-makers and build an analytics capability that materially shapes customer acquisition, retention, and commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Setting the Growth measurement strategy and operating model, establishing trusted company-wide definitions for CAC, payback, LTV, cohort performance, and incrementality - Leading forecasting, performance reviews, and decision-grade analysis to drive faster, more reliable, and economically grounded capital-allocation choices - Building and mentoring a high-performing team of analytics engineers and senior analysts - Partnering closely with Finance, Data, Product, and channel leaders to establish source-of-truth reporting and automate critical data workflows - Elevating the quality of experimentation and making insights widely accessible across the organization while maintaining strict analytical standards The role offers hybrid flexibility with 25 additional days per year to work from any city or country of your choice. Requirements: - Proven track record of building or leading an analytics capability that goes beyond basic reporting to actively change commercial and product decisions - Technical credibility in SQL, data modeling, experimentation, and measurement, with confidence and expertise to challenge weak analysis - Deep understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality, and forecasting - Ability to create clarity from fragmented data and prioritize metrics that materially improve business outcomes - Strong cross-functional leadership skills capable of guiding analysts and fostering partnerships with Data, Finance, Product, and channel owners
