Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the global reverse logistics P&L while optimizing spend across transportation, 3PL processing, inventory carrying costs, and asset recovery yields

You are proficient with enterprise ERP infrastructure (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel). A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or equivalent experience is required; relevant certifications (CSCP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus. You have a customer-first mindset that treats reverse logistics as a value-add touchpoint for brand loyalty. You can build mutually beneficial relationships with global 3PLs while maintaining firm leverage to enforce performance standards. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.
