The Manager, FP&A will join a high-performing financial planning and analysis team, reporting to the VP FP&A. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive financial insights and decision support across the organization while serving as a strategic business partner to operational groups.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide analytical support and insight to operational leadership across the company
- Own headcount tracking, reporting, and analysis company-wide
- Support development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling six-quarter forecasts; prepare variance analytics against forecasts
- Facilitate financial reviews with business partners to provide decision support, budget-to-actual feedback, and ensure effective cost management and financial discipline
- Represent finance on cross-functional teams supporting company-wide initiatives, with ownership of financial modeling and analysis
- Support sales and revenue forecasting, metrics, reporting, and analysis
- Develop in-depth understanding of key business drivers (KPIs) to incorporate into monthly commentaries
The Manager will work closely with Accounting, Revenue Operations, People Team, and business partners across the company in a remote-first, mission-driven environment spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical/reporting role
- Expertise in creating and updating complex three-statement long-term financial models
- Strong Excel user with proficiency in advanced data and financial operations
- Experience with financial planning and analysis tools and systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
