Meta's Finance team is undergoing significant transformation, and the Modern Finance organization seeks an experienced Program Management Manager to lead a team of finance program managers. This role sits within a designated modern finance cluster and is responsible for executing Meta's finance long-term integrated roadmap. As Manager of Finance Program Management, you will lead a team of senior program managers focused on executing projects aligned with specific finance functions. Key responsibilities include enabling successful delivery of the finance transformation roadmap by setting execution priorities, allocating team capacity against strategic goals, and ensuring the PM organization is structured to deliver at scale. You will partner with Planning & Partnership to ensure delivery feasibility of roadmap commitments and develop deep understanding of end-to-end processes and the finance transformation landscape. You'll shape how the Modern Finance PMO operates by contributing frameworks, standards, and cultural norms that elevate the broader organization. A critical aspect of this role is championing technology and AI adoption at the organizational level—not just within your team but across the cluster. You'll identify step-change improvements in how programs are discovered, planned, executed, and measured, and drive AI-augmented ways of working that expand your team's reach and impact. You will manage and develop a team of Program Managers, setting clear expectations, providing high-quality coaching, and giving direct, actionable feedback. You'll hold the team accountable for impact and be intentional about team composition, capability gaps, and succession planning. Additional responsibilities include ensuring high-quality execution across the cluster portfolio, building trust-based relationships across finance functions and technology partners, owning risk management for the cluster portfolio, overseeing change impact assessment and adoption planning, and strategically managing team capacity across functional areas. Minimum qualifications include 10+ years of program/project management experience with 5+ years leading PM teams, experience managing teams of 7+ senior professionals in complex matrixed environments, deep domain knowledge in finance operations and transformation, and a track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management skills at leadership level and ability to navigate ambiguity are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in technology company environments, demonstrated AI skill development, ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows, relevant certifications (PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma), and experience building scalable program management capabilities within finance organizations undergoing rapid growth.
