Harry's is a men's grooming brand and part of Mammoth Brands, a modern CPG company behind category-leading brands. The company is seeking a Manager of DTC Analytics to build and drive reporting and diagnostic analytics that advance strategy and turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
You will design and report on DTC KPIs spanning the user journey from acquisition through conversion, post-purchase engagement, retention, subscriptions, distribution, and site experimentation. The role requires translating data into clear recommendations—not just charts or data points. You'll connect dots across data sources, business priorities, and customer signals, and know which questions are worth pursuing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Synthesizing data regularly to provide DTC team with brand-level insights on business health and clear recommendations
- Leveraging the BI tool Omni to build, maintain, and own dashboards that empower the business to interpret and act quickly
- Planning, designing, and implementing reports highlighting key performance indicators
- Enhancing A/B testing reporting suite and tracking new feature launches
- Working closely with DTC teams to understand data problems and develop solutions
- Driving deep analysis of key drivers to surface hypotheses for action
- Serving as a trusted voice and thought leader, bringing well-reasoned points of view to stakeholders at all levels
- Defining how to measure and report ecommerce performance across key KPIs
- Identifying analytics pain points and developing new tools and automated processes; AI is integral to the work
- Acting as a data evangelist and sparring partner across the organization
You will report to the Sr. Director of Omnichannel Analytics with a dotted line to the VP of DTC. You'll work closely with data analysts and analytics engineers within the CIA org, and with Product, Engagement, CX, Distribution, and Finance teams.
The company operates on a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at their SoHo office, with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in data analytics or similarly analytical field, using data to drive decision-making and narrative development in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
- Strong understanding of the role analytics plays in digital product development lifecycle
- Proficient in SQL (Python or R a plus); ability to query, manipulate, and analyze data end-to-end
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in modern BI platforms (Omni, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
- AI-forward mindset; use AI tools to speed up analysis and help others build fluency
- Strong business acumen and judgment; ability to connect dots across data sources and identify high-impact problems
- Ability to provide recommendations and point of view, not just analysis plans
- Clear, confident communicator; comfortable explaining complex ideas simply and challenging senior stakeholders
- Thrive on direct, honest, and supportive communication
- Infectiously optimistic and curious; comfortable tackling hard challenges
