HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven solutions for diagnosing and managing coronary artery disease. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, uses cutting-edge AI to provide non-invasive cardiac assessment and has been used for over 750,000 patients worldwide across the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada. The Manager, Digital Learning & Program Development will lead the design and execution of innovative digital solutions that enable HeartFlow's field sales and strategic sales teams to plan, communicate, and win more effectively. This is a highly visible, innovation-focused role requiring strong technical fluency, sound judgment on digital investments, and hands-on experience shipping digital tools used by internal sales teams. Key responsibilities include: **Digital Engagement Strategy & Solution Design**: Identify, prioritize, and design new digital tools, formats, and workflows (e.g., reimagined QAP tools, audio/podcast content, mobile-first resources) that improve how sales teams plan and execute. Own the roadmap for digital commercial engagement initiatives, balancing effort, cost, and expected impact. Bring outside experience building digital solutions for internal sales teams and translate it into new approaches for HeartFlow's commercial organization. **Strategic Sales Digital Solutions**: Partner with Strategic Sales leadership to identify friction points in the physician experience and design solutions. Ensure any workflow touching patient data is built in partnership with compliance, security, and clinical teams. **Field Enablement Technology**: Evaluate, select, and manage digital tools and platforms (e.g., ACTO, Absorb, podcast/media hosting, mobile apps) that support field and strategic sales engagement. Act as the internal owner for new digital enablement platforms from vendor evaluation through rollout and adoption. Continuously improve tools based on usage data, rep feedback, and business needs. **Content & Experience Design**: Lead creation of new content formats (audio, video, interactive, mobile) that fit how reps actually work in the field. Leverage design tools to build engaging, on-brand digital experiences. Adapt commercial planning resources to prioritize clear, action-oriented planning. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with Sales, Strategic Sales, Marketing, IT, Clinical, and Commercial Enablement leadership to ensure new digital solutions are aligned with business objectives and technically sound. Work with regional and strategic sales leaders to pilot new tools and gather field feedback. **Analytics & Reporting**: Define success metrics for each digital initiative and track adoption, usage, and business impact. Report on the effectiveness of digital engagement programs and use data to inform the roadmap. This is a remote position with up to 25% travel throughout the U.S. required. **Requirements**: - 8+ years of work experience and 4–6 years of experience designing and executing digital engagement or digital enablement solutions for internal sales or commercial teams (required) - Proven track record bringing innovative digital tools, formats, or workflows (e.g., mobile apps, podcast/audio content, interactive planning tools) from concept to adoption - Comfort scoping and partnering with IT/Engineering on complex digital workflows, including data pass-through and system integrations - Experience with sales enablement and/or LMS platforms (e.g., ACTO, Absorb) is a plus, but this role is not administration-focused - Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including with senior regional and strategic sales leadership - Experience defining and tracking KPIs to assess the effectiveness of digital programs - Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
