The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates across Europe, North America, and APAC. You'll join the Deal Desk team as Manager, Deal Desk, leading deal operations for the APAC region. This is a strategic and hands-on role that bridges Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM Operations. Key responsibilities: - Manage Deal Desk support for APAC, partnering with Sales leadership to structure, price, and approve deals strategically - Position Deal Desk as a trusted advisor early in the sales cycle to accelerate velocity and improve deal quality - Review deals for policy alignment, compliance, and booking accuracy across pricing, configuration, and approvals - Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Billing, Revenue, Collections, and GTM Operations to streamline quote-to-cash workflows - Identify process gaps and contribute to scalable solutions as the Deal Desk function matures - Support Finance during month-end close and audit cycles - Analyze deal trends and process efficiency to surface insights and drive continuous improvement - Enable and educate Sales teams on policies, processes, and best practices - Support cross-functional initiatives tied to selling motions, product launches, and business model evolution - Build frameworks, tools, and processes that support scale You bring 5+ years of Deal Desk or commercial operations experience, ideally from technology scale-ups. You combine strong commercial instincts with operational rigor, comfortable balancing speed with control. You have proven ability to build relationships with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners, experience supporting multiple business models (subscription, usage-based, consumption-based), and strong execution skills in high-growth environments. You're a builder with a problem-solving mindset, comfortable working through ambiguity. You excel at managing high deal volumes during tight end-of-month and end-of-quarter cycles, and communicate clearly to influence stakeholders.
