Salary: USD 166,345 - 195,700 / annual
Coinbase is seeking a Manager, Corporate Programs to own two critical cross-functional initiatives within the central Business organization: CORA (Change Oversight & Risk Assessment) and Planning. CORA mitigates risk across all product launches and system changes, while Planning manages Executive QBRs, OKRs, and dependencies management. You will drive both programs end-to-end with direct visibility to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include conducting research and analysis to understand internal customer pain points and creating prioritized roadmaps; driving Executive QBR planning cycles from company guidance through final outputs; maintaining CORA's operating rhythms including weekly and monthly reporting, and representing CORA during audits and compliance exams with internal and external stakeholders including regulators; partnering with technical teams (IT, data, engineering) on complex technical builds; maintaining enablement resources including guidance, policies, procedures, FAQs, training materials, and AI agents; and identifying and implementing scalable solutions to systemic process and tooling challenges.
Required qualifications include 6+ years in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives with experience owning cross-functional programs end-to-end; demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear, actionable plans and drive them to completion; experience partnering with technical teams and translating business requirements into tooling or process solutions; proficiency in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and experience leveraging AI to automate and accelerate workflows; strong written and verbal communication with the ability to facilitate senior stakeholder dialogues and drive toward outcomes; and responsible use of generative AI while maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
