Daymark Health is a value-based oncology company redefining cancer care through a comprehensive, personalized platform that combines dedicated care navigation, symptom-focused support, behavioral health care, and social resources with evidence-based interventions and a hybrid in-person + virtual care model.
You will serve as a key operator helping scale Daymark's care delivery model across markets and service lines. This role sits at the center of translating strategy into execution across clinical operations, product, and market teams. You will work on high-priority problems including launching new markets, improving care delivery workflows, and shaping how the company scales.
Key responsibilities include:
**Operational Readiness for New Markets and Service Lines**
- Design and operationalize infrastructure for new markets and service lines, including vendor setup, tooling, and operational workflows
- Translate care model standards into operational workflows and ensure care delivery workflows, documentation standards, and operational processes are launch-ready
- Support go-live stabilization and capture learnings to strengthen future launch playbooks
- Translate operational design into real-world implementation across teams, systems, and vendors
- Identify and own gaps beyond launch readiness, even when they fall outside defined swim lanes
**Care Delivery Workflow Design, Improvement & Enablement**
- Translate the care model into scalable operational workflows reflected in tools and systems
- Drive improvements across care delivery workflows, enrollment operations, and cross-team coordination
- Diagnose operational friction and implement solutions that strengthen care team reliability and efficiency
- Partner with Product to embed workflows into documentation, task management, and scheduling tools
- Build operational infrastructure enabling consistent execution across markets through review cadences, KPI ownership, and execution monitoring
You will partner closely with the VP of Clinical Operations and work across clinical, operational, and technical domains. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing messy operational problems and building systems that make care delivery more reliable and scalable, especially as the company scales into new markets.
**Requirements**
- Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery environments
- Exposure to market launches, implementations, or scaling operations (healthcare preferred)
- Strong process documentation and workflow design skills
- Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity; ability to create structure and flex into new areas as business needs shift
- Detail-oriented and systems-minded; ability to balance near-term execution with long-term system building
- Comfortable working across clinical, operational, and technical domains; ability to operate with influence rather than authority
- Drive to learn; ability to ask good questions, spot gaps, and take on increasing responsibility
