Salary: PLN 17,800 - 22,300 / annual

The Manager, Client Operations role leads a team of specialists driving operational excellence and process improvements across the client operations function. This is a people-management position responsible for end-to-end account lifecycle operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include: Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of specialists and associate managers, setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, managing workload allocation, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding. Client & Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a key point of contact for client-facing teams and stakeholders, anticipate needs, coordinate with internal functions (Implementation, Product, Operations), and communicate updates to senior leadership. Operational Execution & Process Improvement: Oversee execution of concurrent projects, identify and implement process improvements, monitor team metrics and performance dashboards, and partner with other managers to standardize best practices. Training, Quality & Standards: Establish quality and consistency standards, track automation and efficiency gains, lead quality reviews, develop training resources and SOPs, and champion operational excellence. Client Operations Oversight: Champion adoption of automation and AI tools to reduce manual work and shift the team toward oversight and exception handling. Ensure account activities meet accuracy and compliance standards, serve as escalation point for complex issues, and maintain detailed records. Required qualifications: 8 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles; 3 years managing and developing high-performing teams; advanced leadership and coaching skills; strategic thinking and operational planning abilities; strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities; proficiency with relevant systems and metrics-driven management; comfort with AI and automation tools; track record of standing up new processes or teams; extensive experience in operations, client services, or data management within SaaS, fintech, or technology organizations. Compensation: 17,800–22,300 PLN gross on Contract of Employment.
