Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 / annual

Vetcove is modernizing the $50B+ animal health industry with a suite of platforms including a procurement marketplace, ecommerce delivery service, and practice management system. The company serves 25,000+ veterinary hospitals across all 50 states and is backed by Y Combinator and top-tier venture investors. As Manager of Client Onboarding and Implementation, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding strategy and execution for veterinary clinics adopting Vetcove's platform. You'll manage and mentor a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists, establishing standards for how clinics experience implementation from kickoff through post-launch success. Key responsibilities include: leading and developing your team with clear accountability and delivery standards; owning the implementation lifecycle from project planning to go-live execution; serving as the primary liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams (product, engineering, strategy, support); defining team goals, success metrics, and delivery standards; guiding clinics through complex workflow migrations; building and scaling project management processes and templates; overseeing training delivery and troubleshooting configuration, data imports, and integrations; maintaining executive-level communication with stakeholders; and partnering with Product and Engineering to improve implementation workflows. You'll travel to client sites for critical go-lives and deployments (up to 10-15% travel). The role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, proficiency in project management tools, and the ability to manage team capacity across multiple concurrent engagements. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects in SaaS or tech-enabled services; at least 2 years in a people management role; proven experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. Experience with healthcare providers or medical environments is a plus but not required. No visa sponsorship available.
