Salary: USD 95,000 - 151,000 / annual
Motive is a fleet operations platform serving nearly 100,000 customers across transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, and other industries. The platform combines safety, operations, and finance management with AI-powered visibility and automation.
You will lead a high-performing team of analysts and leads supporting Enterprise and Strategic accounts through the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. This includes quoting, contract generation, deal negotiations, and order processing. You'll report to leadership and own the operational excellence of this critical function.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of analysts and leads, setting performance expectations and fostering growth
- Build and maintain actionable dashboards tracking operational activity, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and SLA adherence
- Partner with cross-functional leaders (GTM, Legal, Accounting, Finance) to design and execute streamlined, scalable workflows
- Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive business impact
- Incorporate AI tools into daily operations to improve deliverables and process efficiency
You bring 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, with at least 3 years supporting Sales teams. You have a proven track record managing projects from conception to completion, with exceptional spreadsheet and data management skills (SQL preferred). You're analytically rigorous, intellectually curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguous environments with tight timelines. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
The ideal candidate is located in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone. This is a fully remote role within the US.
