Zynga, a global leader in mobile gaming and a label of Take-Two Interactive, is seeking a Manager of Business Operations to serve as a central operational pillar for the Global Operations team. The role bridges game studios and corporate teams (Publishing, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Engineering) to drive operational compliance and execute key cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program execution for the Global Fonts Program and Player Data Compliance strategy across all Zynga games, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Act as the central bridge between creative game studios and corporate teams to review commercial terms, manage vendor proposal workflows, and ensure alignment on corporate standards.
- Maintain critical tracking systems (databases, software clearances, usage records, contracts) and drive proactive compliance initiatives, including identifying and deprecating high-risk assets across the global portfolio.
- Continuously optimize operational pipelines for efficiency; leverage modern tools including generative AI (Gemini) to streamline workflows and partner with technical teams on innovative creative pipelines.
- Provide project management support for ad-hoc studio operations initiatives, including software migrations, tool rollouts, and M&A integration support.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels at cross-functional communication, process management, and relationship building. You will translate complex compliance requirements into actionable steps and drive operational initiatives to completion.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of project management, program coordination, or business operations experience, preferably in software development, gaming, or compliance-heavy environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across diverse cultures, disciplines, and work styles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; ability to synthesize complex legal or technical requirements into clear, data-driven updates.
- Experience managing high-volume intake workflows, tracking approvals meticulously, and maintaining flawless documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Airtable, and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
- Bonus: Familiarity with generative AI tools (like Gemini) to optimize daily operations.
