As Manager of AI Outcomes, you will lead the AIOM (AI Outcomes Manager) team responsible for ensuring customers successfully adopt and derive measurable value from Glean's AI solutions. Your team performs end-user training enablement, prompt and agent advisory/building, and value realization activities. You will manage the employee lifecycle for your team to drive high-impact customer enablement and business value realization.
Key responsibilities include: managing and developing your AIOM team members; developing prescriptive adoption playbooks with standardized processes, templates, and assets to ensure delivery consistency; engaging with executive sponsors and business stakeholders across priority accounts; partnering cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Delivery Excellence Managers, and Support to ensure seamless customer journeys; and synthesizing field feedback and business insights to influence Glean's product roadmap and collaborate with Product and R&D on new features and agent capabilities.
This role requires strong leadership, customer-facing experience, ability to codify processes and best practices, and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will be instrumental in scaling Glean's customer success operations and ensuring measurable adoption outcomes across the customer base.
