As Manager 2, you will lead a distributed team of Technical Enablement Managers across Asia and ANZ, serving as the most senior enablement voice in the APJ region.
You will own the positioning and enablement strategy for Sales and Customer Success teams across APJ, driving adoption and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute enablement strategy that positions training as a value-added service, increasing consumption of offerings and driving measurable attach rates
• Build demand upstream by engaging Sales and Customer Success teams at scale, maintaining current positioning and materials, and driving consistent use of request processes
• Act as quality gate for incoming work, scoping requests appropriately and aligning demand to business needs
• Analyze customer training adoption and feedback to evaluate program ROI, informing decisions on which offerings to scale, evolve, or retire
• Develop sales tools and enablement resources to help internal teams confidently position and sell training
• Drive consistency in training delivery, content utilization, and reporting across the team
• Build and maintain intake, capacity-planning mechanisms, pre-session questionnaires, triage frameworks, and time tracking systems
• Lead, coach, and mentor TEMs across APJ through regular 1:1s, performance evaluations, and session shadowing
• Monitor team KPIs (utilization, CSAT, productivity, session delivery, attendance) and assign workload to achieve 80% productivity targets
• Champion AI tool adoption within the team to improve content creation, session prep, reporting, and identify opportunities to scale delivery
• Actively participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
• Collaborate with Technical Solutions, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams on process improvements
You will spend significant time building awareness and credibility with Sales and Customer Success as managing delivery. The role requires up to 25% travel across APJ to drive enablement adoption and team development.
