Project44 is a supply chain visibility and AI platform company headquartered in Chicago with a second hub in Bengaluru. The company's Decision Intelligence Platform, Movement, transforms fragmented logistics data into real-time, AI-powered insights for global supply chains.
As a Managed Services Consultant, you will partner with enterprise and vanguard customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure world-class delivery across a diverse portfolio. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving and requires the ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple complex accounts, and translate data insights into long-term operational solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with customers to define delivery timelines, milestones, and end-to-end project plans for successful execution
- Lead carrier initiatives from planning through adoption, presenting data-driven insights and best-practice recommendations
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns, uncover root causes, and recommend improvements that increase data quality and availability
- Coordinate closely with carriers to drive continuous data improvements and troubleshoot performance issues
- Monitor project progress, communicate risks, and publish regular progress reports highlighting business impact
- Hold customers and carriers accountable for actions that improve operational outcomes
- Use open-source visualization tools and internal data platforms to triage errors and support issue resolution
- Develop deep understanding of carrier integration methods across modes and apply technical knowledge to guide decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product, Support, Carrier Operations, and Engineering
- Contribute to internal initiatives, SOP development, and process improvements within the Managed Services practice
- Mentor team members, identify process gaps, and share scalable solutions across the organization
- Manage a portfolio of complex enterprise and vanguard customers spanning global regions and multiple project44 products
The role requires four days per week in-office presence in Amsterdam, with one day flexible.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two to four years of experience in data analysis or similar analytical role
- Experience in SaaS, software, or logistics preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Solid understanding of source data, data formats, and data behavior
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with visualization or analytics tools (Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Kibana, Observe)
- Experience with APIs or basic coding concepts is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong communication abilities and customer-focused, problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English and French OR Spanish (additional languages a plus)
