Aviso, a leading Canadian wealth management organization, is seeking a Managed Account Program (MAP) Support Specialist to join the Operations team. Reporting to the Supervisor of New Accounts, you will provide day-to-day operational and service support for Aviso's Separately Managed Account (SMA) programs and investment management solutions. Your primary responsibilities include handling all administrative duties for managed accounts with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and timeliness. You will process and manage client account inquiries in accordance with operational procedures, company policies, and industry regulations. Key duties include managing email and phone inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, processing investment instructions, account setups, updates, transfers, redemptions, and contributions. You will execute discretionary trades to support client requests and serve as the primary contact for resolving problems and complaints through investigation, documentation, and appropriate follow-up. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support on SMA program procedures, forms, and practices to ensure advisors succeed with product implementation and account maintenance. You'll assist with monthly fee-billing, support the supervisor through departmental trend analysis, and prepare reports on volume and escalation tracking to ensure service standards are met. Required qualifications include post-secondary education in a related field (Business or Finance degree, diploma, or certificate), successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH), and licensing as an INV Registered Representative or eligibility within 30 days. You must have a minimum of 5 years' customer service experience, with 2-3 years in financial services (preferably serving high net worth clients). Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential. Experience with Portfolio Management software, Bloomberg, or Morningstar is preferred. Bilingual English-French skills are an asset.
